Your body knows first.
Now you will too.

Weeks before an injury, your body compensates. Casana Performance reads those changes when you just sit, and tells you when something is worth checking, while it is still small.

The problem with feeling fine.

Pain is the last signal, not the first. By the time a hamstring or a knee complains, the body has often been compensating for weeks. A wearable sees your wrist. A physio sees you once a week, in season. Nobody is watching the small shift.

Seen in April. Felt in August.

Runner stopped mid-race with an injury

A marathon runner's weight drifted onto his right leg for four months while his left knee weakened. He never noticed; he felt fine. The seat's four load cells had it in April. His knee gave way on a training run in August. That gap is where a check-up changes the outcome.

Better than a wearable.

You never wear anything. Ever. You don't change a single thing about your life, apart from one thing you don't even think about: your toilet seat.
